We would also like to challenge you to be thankful to our merciful Creator that we live in a country where we are free to live, work, marry, and worship as we choose. There are so many who cannot say that. With that freedom comes a responsibility to work hard, love much, and help many.
With that in mind, as you enjoy your barbecue and fireworks today, please take just a moment to remember all the men and women who continue to serve in our armed forces to secure that freedom.
