[/caption]Soon after this, a very friendly meerkat got a little too close to the glass. I thought it was cute. Madeline...well, didn't. She also DID NOT like the monkeys! She cried pretty much through the primate habitat.

[/caption]We had a really fun day, in spite of the boiling heat. (Seriously? 87 degrees in April??? Ridiculous!)
She really liked all the birds, but I think the primates spooked her a little when they go too close to the glass.
Just the first of many trips to the zoo in her lifetime!
